A native of Ghent, she spent the first 15 years of her career working in the corporate world where she was, among other things, a sales manager and coached people to grow in various fields.
She also did various marketing and sales-related jobs through her initial studies \u2018Marketing\u2019.
Her interest in helping people grow culminated in a long period of study: practical psychology, burnout coaching, heart coherence, ACT therapy, mindfulness, labour law and other shorter courses.
After corona, she lived in Bali for 1 year to further immerse herself in the lifestyle of the collectivist society that is at odds with Western society.
With this knowledge came the idea to make a do-book where she wants to inspire more people towards a happier life.
Currently, she works from Ghent and Deinze and, with great enthusiasm and devotion, guides individuals and companies to grow.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/section>\r\n\r\n

Sometimes you need that little bit of guidance or confirmation to (keep) moving in the right direction. My journey with Delphine started after a positive referral of a close friend of mine. Since I was happy at my job, I went into the career coaching sessions, thinking I would just get some psychological insights, at best.
